Whitaker Buys Walk of Fame Star
Reigning Oscar Best Actor Forest Whitaker finally got his own star, the 2,335th one, on the Hollywood Walk of Fame earlier today. Of course he had to shell out $25,000 for it, but getting your name trampled on and probably peed on by countless people must be really worth it.
Surrounded by wife Keisha Whitaker and friends such as Kiefer Sutherland, Angela Bassett and Kerry Washington, Whitaker waxed nostalgic at the ceremony, reminiscing about coming to the Walk of Fame as a kid, and how the honor represents “where I came from, and where I am going and hopefully where I am at right now“.
Fine, Whitaker deserves that star, he’s one hell of an actor, an able director, an operatic tenor, and probably a kickass football player before he got injured in college. But honestly, all I really care about this ceremony is that his wife Keisha is looking so damn hot! Forest is a lucky man, wonky eye and all.
