That appears to be High School Musical star Zac Efron, kissing a guy on the cheek.
If you recall, Efron’s co-star and girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, was involved in an internet pic scandal of her own.
Disney is not going to be very happy.

God, I hate myself for noting this, but the guy’s chest looks nothing like Zac’s. That’s so not him in the picture.

I think we shouldn’t judge the poor celebs! if he wants to be gay, accept it ! if thats not him accept it ! They only do this stuff for publicity ! hm well in my opinion I think zac efron is gay and needs to come out of the closet but in this picture just becuz he’s kissing some guy doesn’t mean u can call him gay I mean I’ve seen a ton of pictures of guys kissing guys and they have gf so idk we will have to see if he comes out or not
